Andy Casey
    Career Summary

    Loyalty Resources LLC, a group
    dedicated to helping BSG clients use
    customer specific marketing to drive
    their business.  He has over 30 years of
retail industry experience, ranging from the retailer
perspective (Safeway Stores), to the supplier side
(Catalina Marketing and others), to consulting.  He
has made contributions, both as an employee and
consultant, to a number of organizations in disciplines
including operations, technology, customer specific
marketing, business strategy and planning.

He has worked in developing and implementing a
number of promotional products in the supermarket
industry and regularly serves as an adviser to
entrepreneurs in this area.

Experience

Andy spent over a decade with Catalina Marketing
where he held senior executive roles in several areas,
including Retail Marketing, Product Development and
Loyalty Marketing.  As Vice President, Loyalty
Marketing Services, he directed development of
Catalina’s retail loyalty products, guiding the company’
s efforts through important initiatives regarding data
integrity and retailers on integrating loyalty program
data into the marketing mix.  In Retail Marketing, he
had management responsibility for recruiting major
retail chains and managing their business on the
Catalina Network.  

Most recently, Andy has consulted with a number of
industry marketing companies to develop and
implement new consumer promotion products for top
20 U.S. retailers.  He has done significant work with
leading retailers as they seek to launch, or in some
cases, re-position and strengthen underperforming
customer specific marketing programs.  

Andy was also Chief Operating Officer at In Store
Media, Inc. a Tampa based retail marketing company.
