- Career Summary
Carolyn Doll is a senior consultant
specializing in Perishables Production
and Fresh Item Management. Her
extensive consulting background
includes leading numerous perishables
execution projects for leading grocery and
convenience retailers, including Tesco Lotus-
Thailand, WinCo Foods, Delano’s Markets, Schnuck
Markets, Price Chopper, SuperValu, Circle K, Wawa
and Kwik Trip.
Experience
Carolyn has more than 15 years experience working
with food retailers, helping them assess their Fresh
Management business processes, cost controls and
shrink management activities as well as training
them in the use of enabling technologies. Her
recommendations have led to major people,
processes and systems improvements for her
clients.
She has also been responsible for developing and
conducting Fresh Item Management systems
education and training programs to enable retailers
to successfully implement business process changes
and enabling technologies and generate faster
business benefits.
Carolyn is a strong communicator who coached and
wrote speeches for Debbie Fields, one of the
pioneers in Fresh Item Management as Founder and
President of Mrs. Field’s Cookies.
