He has over twenty-five years experience with four prominent corporations engaged in strategic marketing programs to the retail and manufacturing Industries for complete enterprise solutions.

During his career, Randy has developed strategic programs for leading industry corporations, including Canadian Tire Corporation, Eatons, Sears, National Grocers, The Warehouse, Liquor Control Board of Ontario, Goody’s Family Clothier, Meijer, Procter & Gamble, Office Max, Kroger, Tesco, Loblaws, Hudson’s Bay Company, Wal-Mart, Sobey’s, Sara Lee and Smart & Final.
He is an internationally recognized leader in the area of end-to-end inventory optimization, forecasting, replenishment and promotional effectiveness and has managed a number of key client engagements for BSG.
His expertise is also in helping clients determine the business benefits and implementation strategies for coping with the rapidly changing industry business processes, such as Global Standardization, Country of Origin Labeling and Next Generation Auto ID.
