Rick has served with many major retail technology
vendors throughout the world in product development,
product management, and project delivery capacities.
He has helped introduce technology to new markets in
Europe and the Americas.
Experience
Rick has extensive experience in retail systems
including installation and support, engineering and
R&D, Product Management and Project Management.
He has delivered successfully to major vendors and
retailers including Tandy Corp., Safeway, Stop & Shop,
H.E. Butt, Supervalu, Fleming, Royal Ahold (NL), Ahold
USA, House of Fraser (UK), Fujitsu, Siemens, ICL, and
NCR.
He has delivered many of the largest retail projects in
the world and is a highly sought, recognized leader in
assessing and managing projects of all sizes, with a
unique ability to rescue projects in turmoil and deliver
to, and often exceed, client expectations.
Rick has hands-on experience in legacy integration
and process automation of retail systems. He also has
broad experience in other critical markets including
911-dispatch centers and casino management systems.
